How sweet it is to know the Saviour. He walks with me and talks with me and tells me,” I am His own!”
Our beloved mother Patricia (Bilsky) Ladobruk, passed peacefully Friday evening June 4, 2021, at the Wetaskiwin Long Term Care Centre in Wetaskiwin, AB.
She will be lovingly remembered, and dearly missed by her children and family. Patricia would have been 88 years old this coming July.
As very young children we remember our parents going to serve on the native reserves in northern Manitoba and a favourite song they sang said, “will there be any stars in my crown when at evening the sun goeth down.” Yes, indeed mom your crown is shining today.
Patricia, who was she? Well first of all she was faithful to our dad for over fifty years of marriage. She was a mother that left her mark on all her children’s lives.
After our dad Sam Bilsky’s passing, the Lord granted her another loving husband, Tom Ladobruk who will be remembered as a loving and caring man who cherished our mom deeply.
Our mom knew what it meant to be faithful. She knew what it was to step back and watch the hand of God move on her behalf. Her powerful prayers and deep commitment to Christ will be cherished in our hearts and minds forever.
We as a family wish to challenge you friends, to make your life’s commitment the same as our mother.
A surrendered life to Jesus Christ!
A private family funeral service to honour our mother is being planned. She will be laid to rest beside her husband Tom in the Steinbach Heritage Cemetery.
The family would like to thank all those who played a role in our mother’s life, and we welcome your prayers as we walk through this season.
