Milo and Theodore Barkman

It is with broken hearts that Christopher and Felicia Barkman announce the passings of their sons Milo George (June 6, 2024) and Theodore Felix (March 8, 2025).

After 9.5 years of infertility, Milo was a much rejoiced surprise. He brought incredible joy into our lives for 22 weeks. Sadly, he was not meant for this world, and we said goodbye much too soon as he was born into Heaven. We thank God for the chance to be his parents.

Theodore was another gift from the Lord. While we still grieved Milo, Theo was a great light in our lives for 20 weeks. Unfortunately, he was meant to join his big brother in Heaven. We wish it could have gone differently, but we know Milo and Theo are safe in the arms of Jesus. We long for the day when we will be reunited with our sons.

We are thankful to the team at Women's Hospital in Winnipeg for their care, and to Crossings Funeral Care for their continuing support. Thank you also to all of our friends and family who have taken care of us and provided so much for us. Your love, support, and prayers have meant so much to us and have carried us through our brokenness.
