Joanne Beverley Scott

Joanne Beverley Scott was born October 19, 1955.

Joanne passed peacefully at her home, with her husband John Scott at her side, on October 21, 2022.

She will be missed dearly by her husband John; son John and his wife Allison; Emily and Hailey, her precious granddaughters.

She was predeceased by her adopted son James.

Joanne spent her entire life working and educating. She completed a Degree in Human Ecology, a Pre-master in Social Work and her Master Degree in Social Work. She specialized in addictions while continuously working for Osborne House and AFM.

Joanne had to exercise daily, including yoga and weight lifting. She loved to garden and had become very talented at planting and replanting as the plants grew taller.

Joanne lost the battle with scleroderma which had put terrible restrictions on her life. She never complained.
