Gary Alvin Reimer

Gary Reimer, aged 63, passed away at Bethesda Regional Health Centre on January 27, 2025, surrounded by his loved ones.

He is survived by his wife of 14 years, Cheryl, and his children: sons Jody, Maryk, Graem (Kiran), and daughters Jamie (Ian), Nicole, Chantal (William), and Kaylee (Todd). He is also survived by his grandsons Tygan, Tyson, Ashton, and Chayse, and his granddaughters Trinity, Ayla, Suzanna, Shelby, Kinsley, Emma, and baby Olivia

He will also be lovingly remembered by his father, Peter; his sisters Lori (Darryl), Shirley (Albert), and Gail (Bob); his brother-in-law Max; his sister-in-law Cheryl; and his brother-in-law Todd (Kelly).

Gary was predeceased by his mother Mary, brother Harold and sister Elaine.

In Gary’s last words “He hopes that friends and family realize life is to be lived to the fullest because it is precious as well as short in comparison to eternity. My life and steps were planned for me before I was born, as are yours. I am in eternity as was planned for me since the beginning.”

Our hearts will have a hole in them.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:30 pm on Monday, February 10, 2025, at Crossings Funeral Care, followed by a reception. For those unable to attend in person, the family invites you to join them through livestream. Please see below.
