On October 13th, 2023, Abigail Rebecca Marie Brown was reunited with her earthly father in her heavenly home where she is at peace.
Abigail Rebecca Marie Brown was born on March 20, 2001. She was the second child born to Fred and Alma Brown. She was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba and spent her early years surrounded by family in Niverville, Manitoba. She lived the last number of years in Lorette, Manitoba.
Abby’s love of family and friends was deep. She felt life at a level that brought intense love for those in her life as well as caused her to experience some of the unavoidable realities of pain and hurt that living and loving deeply can bring.
She always wore her heart on her sleeve. Everyone around her, and those who had the privilege of knowing her, were never left to wonder what she was feeling. She was never one to shy away from life. She was known to be lively and was quick to make friends wherever she went. She had such a generous and kind heart. She was always supportive of those around her and felt the pain of others as if it was her own.
Abby’s sudden departure from this world leaves a big hole in the lives of all who knew and loved her. Abby's infectious smile and laughter as well as her tender and nurturing heart is not something that can be replaced ….. We miss her dearly.
Abby was predeceased by her father Frederick Steven Brown.
She leaves to mourn her mother Alma Brown and her siblings Jacob, Rachel, Joey Wiebe, and Stephanie Smith (James) and their child Nova. Her grandparents Maria and Peter Kehler, numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. She is missed dearly by her beloved cats (children), Marley and Fiffer.
There will be a private service held at a later date to celebrate Abby's life.
The family would like to extend a sincere thank you to Crossings Funeral Care for their care during this difficult time.
If so inclined, memorial donations can be made to a mental health association of your choice.
